Philosophy of Care: Seema has a patient first focus.  It is important to her that the patient's goals are a priority and it is also important that the patient is educated on their diagnosis and is aware of what to expect during their PT journey.  The patient should be made to feel that their input is very important that they do not need to be a passive passenger on this journey.  Her treatments are individual to each patient and they include, but not limited to, education, posture training, manual therapy, strengthening/stretching exercises, and HEP instructions.  

Fun Fact: Seema was raised and went to school in Philadelphia but lived in Southern California for 12 years and just recently moved back.
